    Food was very good as was the service. Great value for the money. The only negative was the patrons are allowed to smoke in part of the restaurant. Nothing kills the appetite for a non-smoker quicker than cigarette smoke. Not sure whether or not I will return...

    After a long day of traveling..The bathroom was filthy. Feces on the toilet in the ladies room. Could not use it. Ordered our food. I ordered a grilled chicken and was given grilled cheese. Yes mistakes happen, but don't serve the original fries from the wrong order..they were stone cold and was not offered a discount or anything for poor food and service. My husband ate all his food before my food came out. Poor service..

    My food was nasty. My panacakes weren't done my scrambled eggs were runny it took 30 min to get the food. The hash browns were cold. This was an awful experience. I wound recommend this place to anyone. I need to find a mc Donald's because I'm still really hungry. I expected more from a food place in the south!

    Food was ok. Service? Well the only time we saw the wait staff was when it was time for the bill and then only for her to swoop by the table to drop it off. We were put in the smoking section without being asked. Will I come back? Hhhmm, maybe

    Terrible service at PHOP tonight. Eat somewhere else.  Today I had to go to the kitchen to ask for my toast. The western omelette is like none I have ever ate and the meal was served peace meal. Terrible service
